4. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing issues or misuse after service. We carry insurance appropriate to our work.
5. Cancellation
Please notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

7. Appointments & Access
You agree to provide safe, timely access to the service location, including access to roofs, basements, and utility areas as required. Missed appointments or blocked access may incur a call-out fee.
8. Safety & Preparation
- Extinguish fires and avoid appliance use at least 24 hours prior to service.
- Clear the work area of furniture and valuables within 6 feet where feasible.
- Inform our technicians of pets, alarms, or special access instructions.
9. Warranties
We warrant our workmanship for a period communicated on your invoice. Warranty excludes normal wear, improper use, force majeure, and issues unrelated to our work scope.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or interfere with scheduling systems, payment processes, or security features.
11. Intellectual Property
All website text, graphics, and materials are owned by ChimneyCare Canada or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
